What’s for Dinner!! The age-old question, isn’t it? Well for me variety definitely is the spice of life no doubt about it. I do not like the same thing night after night. So many people are complaining about I’m so sick of chicken. There are many people who do not like fish; I’m one of those people. Fish once a week is pushing it. Never have fish been my favorite unless of course, it’s deep fried. Yes, I said it, FRIED. One of the taboo things, it’s a swear word now. So let's live it up with some different recipes. Remember every meal does not have to be about the meat. Vegetarian meals can really add variety to the choices, not to say keep the points down. So with lower points down, we can then add some more flavor to these meals and still have some low point meals.
Check them out. Be creative with them, change them up, add other things in. These recipes are not meant to be by the book, no exact measurements. I want you to use these as guidelines and explore your options.
